Overall nice experience. The interviewer was friendly. They asked a lot of example questions. The questions asked they wanted specific examples to illustrate my answer. They asked about specific managerial and leadership questions.
There is a phone screen, meet with direct manager and then meet with the director of the region. The questions are mostly situation based and ask for specific examples. I.e. Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond.

Long, tedious and virtual. While virtual is fine, the Skype sessions were often cut off or the interviewer(s) were late. As someone who values time, I found this off putting.
