For some entry-level sales roles, we work with a third-party, Phoenix51, to recruit candidates, focusing on core skills and aptitude, rather than purely experience on your resume. While this interview process allows us to find a talented and diverse group of candidates, it is competitive and different from our usual format. Candidates are fully informed upfront on what the process will entail, and we make every effort to ensure that candidates feel welcomed and respected by our interview team.
