J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Redgate Software
Entretien
First, send in your CV and your information about yourself for the application round. Simple. Second, the company will give you an assignment through email with a generous deadline to test your skill as a developer. I personally like how this process works compared to big companies where I need to do a game test that determines whether I am a good software developer. They value me as a software developer and give an assignment that makes sense to test my skill. After passing through the assignment round, the process will continue at the technical interview. The interviewer asks you to explain your process using pair programming. In the interview, they will also check if you are compatible with Redgate's culture. Lastly, if you pass the interview round, they will send you an offer, and that's it. For those reading my review as a guide for interviewing, I recommend preparing the top 100 questions in Leetcode (Medium difficulty) and revising what is on your CV (Experiences & Projects). Be yourself, be honest, and good luck!
