You first meet with the hiring manager whom is very nice. She is really laid back and asks you some basic questions about your experiences, and what you are looking for. She forewarns you about the hours which gives you a heads up. She also made it known that I would be traveling alot for the position. I enjoyed the fact that she was honest with me. She told me that I would be managing a tough demographic, and that I must be thick skinned. The questions were basic, like what are your strengths, weaknesses, Etc.
