I certainly didn't expect this from names like Reed Smith. This interview was with the Singapore Office. First had a language/skill test over zoom. Then a long silence. Then heard that the hiring plan was cancelled. As someone with the skillset, I could tell that the documents given for my test was hastily made and never proofread. I, a candidate could tell this and no one in the Reed Smith Singapore office could catch this? That definitely shows a problem. The test administration was awkward and uncomfortable, and I've had better test administrations with the law firms/companies much smaller than Reed Smith. Lastly, all the updates and apologies came only after I asked first after waiting for weeks in consideration of not disturbing them. I even wonder whether the Singapore office has HR team, and perhaps the partner who is in charge of the hiring is hiding behind staffs/headhunters to avoid his responsibility.

Went through On Campus Interview process and had a good experience with the two attorneys present. Then, I received a call-back and met with several more attorneys at their NYC office.
