Entretien
I applied for the job online and was called a couple weeks later and was asked if i was interested in an interview. The interview wasn't super intimidating considering the friendliness of the staff. We met in a different part of the mall for the interview. They gave me a couple papers to look over. It had the requirements, dress code, and duties.
Really easy, as far as I went, if you are getting an interview you have the job. Most of the questions are availability based, and personality based. They really just care more about making sure that you are clean and keep up a nice appearance.

I applied online through indeed.com and they called me right away the next day for an interview by email, then they set up a second interview on the spot and the second interview was similar to the first but with a different person. Then I was to fill out 3 references and bring back. As soon as I brought back the references they called me the next week and set up my orientation day.

Entretien
It was easy. They just askers a few simple questions and I got hired. I would just be prepared to list a few strengths and examples of them. The job doesn’t require a lot of hard skills or anything.
