Fill out the online application. If they like you, they will call you and set up an interview. At the interview, they will tell you the dress code, ask you what your favorite movie is, what is the last movie you have seen is, what do people like about you, and what you think the floor staff members do while working

pretty smooth, they ask you basic questions on how i would do things in a fast-paced environment and how it makes me feel when helping a customer and how i would give them good service
It was a good interview process and I appreciated the managers approach to the interview. I enjoyed the tour of the facilities. I enjoyed working there, and liked the people that I worked with. Everyone was really nice.

Scheduled the interview over the phone for a couple days out. Came in, got taken to the back for about 15 minutes, and told they'd call mr back in the next couple days.
