I was asked a series of very general questions about my work ethic and my personality. Both the GM and First Assistant were present during the interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Because I was very young to be in consideration, most of the questions revolved around my responsibility and balancing work and school at the same time. I was also very well trained in a specific area and worked most of my time in that area, also causing them to ask questions about my knowledge of other positions and my competency in those areas in comparison to my main position.

How will you be able to transition between roles at the theatre?
Simple straightforward, situational questions. Asked strengths and weaknesses, past job history, etc. interview was a total of maybe 15 minutes or less. Asked which position I was looking to apply for and if I am open to other positions as well

If a customer said their drink tasted weird, what would you do to remedy the situation

It was in person with the General Manager. It lasted a total of 30 mins and it was not as hard as I thought it would be. Was asked questions about what I would do in certain situations with guests, customer service, and policy questions. After that, he asked me about the past experience at other Regal locations.

GM interviews every possible candidate. The questions asked are really straight forward. they have questions that they are required to ask in the interview. The same type of interview as when you interview for floor staff.
