Entretien
There is an initial phone interview, in person interview, each about 20 minutes. The phone interview they call you and ask you, you're availability, and discuss logistics for you to come in and do an in person interview. The in person interview, very easy. They ask you situation questions, and questions about your availability. It is important that you have an open schedule. Whole process was pretty easy. I received a phone call within a couple weeks with the job offer.

What would you do if you saw someone steal a product with out paying?
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.

Entretien
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.

Went it and was asked if I could handle stress and thousands of people coming in . The way we dress and pericing and how work is handlers with day and night shift
