HR called me for an interview after two days of applying. The following week I was interviewed by the supervisor of the shift I applied for. Then, I had a third interview with 5 members of the department, 30 minutes each.

3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st is a call with the recruiter who asks about your resume, expected salary, etc. You then get a call from the hiring manager about a week later. If that goes well you'll receive an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview the next week. This is the interview that counts as you will meet every lead/manager from the dept. After that you can expect a decision within 2 weeks.
