I applied through there career site had 10years experience in a GMP setting .Did my phone interview and waited 3 weeks to say I was successful and to be called for an interview . Proceeded with the interview and assessment and waited over 2 weeks to be told I wasn't successful ( I emailed them a week prior for an update and I got no reply after I took time out of my week to attend ) . Note I had the Experience & Qualifications . But in the interview a big red flag was for me they couldn't answer me was the job on a 18 month contract or full time as I had applied for a full time position as that's what it was stated on the job brief . Over all it was very negative experience where the hiring manager couldn't answer simple questions about the job they had advertised and they showed little respect with there lack of urgency to say if I had proceeded to the next stage . Thankfully I had accepted another position elsewhere but it was very unprofessional
