I found this to be a very seamless and positive experience. Got a recruiter email 5 days after applying, phone screen set up for following day. After a positive conversation with the recruiter, had my 1st phone interview scheduled during my phone screen. 1st phone screen was with the hiring manager, lots of questions on my resume. 1 day after this interview, my 4-panel interview was scheduled for the following week. 4 back to back interviewiers with a total of 8 people (2 per interview). This is to expose yourself to multiple different teams to find a good fit. Again, lots of questions on my resume so make sure you can answer anything thats on there. Continuous improvement questions, projects etc. will all come up so have stories prepared. Got an offer 1 week after panel interview. Offer was generous and on the high end of my asking salary, so that was appreciated. Overall positive experience.
