Met with lead manager virtually, was told it would be followed by a panel interview which they bypassed finally met with director virtually a week later for a short interview and had an offer within a week

The interview was rather straightforward. First a phone screening, then virtual meeting with hiring manager. The next step would have been a meeting with the division lead, which also would have been virutal

Entretien
After a phone screen there are 30 minute in-person interviews with 6-7 people. Usually scheduled individually back-to-back or sometimes combined with two interviewers at a time. One interviewer is always from human resources. The remaining interviewers work in clinical trial management.
