The fist step was an email for me to explain why I thought I would be good for the role. the I video call with HOG and COO. it lasted for an hour and bit. they were friendly and straight to the point.
Everyone was very nice, friendly and open to answer all the questions I asked.
They discribed the way the company is expanding and we were able to exchange some great ideas and points of view.
