The initial phone screen (MS TEAMS) with the internal recruiter was the typical scenario of just checking the boxes to see if I could be moved forward. The 2nd MS Teams interview with the Regional Manager left a bit to be desired, as it was quite obvious that this person did no prior preparation for the call and the excitement level was just not there for recruiting the senior sales leader for this location.
