-24 hrs at home technical exercise, with exercises on topics unrelated to the position I applied to.
After technical exercise I was rejected with a single e-mail, acknowledging the answers were correct but didn't do the exercises in the way they were looking for. No chance to discuss methods or follow up. No discussions about fit with the company or company values; I never had a chance to ask questions. Seems like they value technical skills above everything else.
