I had never been ghosted by a company until Relativity Space. I was hesitant to apply because I saw the job has been open for four months. I applied anyway and was surprised when a recruiter quickly reached out to me to set up time for an interview. Recruiter chose the date for two days later and sent back an email asking me to confirm. When the recruiter failed to call me, I sent an email asking if they needed to reschedule. I received no response. Then I contacted the main recruitment team email address. No response. I was ghosted. What a let down. I was really excited about this company and its mission.
