I was called by Kassie, asked about 3 questions and then invited for an interview. When I got there, it was in a small dilapidated building. When I was eventually led back they began asking about my background and where I wanted to be in 2-3 years. Eventually the "Executive Manager" started explaining the position which was nothing close to what the job description had in their posting. Essentially they want you to start working for peanuts or commission. You essentially become a product pusher at a big box store. A proper title for this would be Product Rep. They say that you will take over your own office within a year but thats only if you are willing to kill yourself for small money. Personally, I would be okay working for them if they were honest upfront!

First the director called and I had a phone interview which turned into a request to meet for an in-person interview. At the office they asked me questions about my experience and future goals. They also explained the job in further detail. The interview process has been simple, easy, and informative.
