I was called to set up an interview time. I arrived and waited about 20-25 minutes after my scheduled time to be brought back for the interview. The "CEO" talked for most of the time in a very structured, practiced, and scripted manner, not really listening to my responses and mostly worried about getting his story in. Turns out, the ACTUAL job they were hiring for was not anything like an "event planner" or what the job description had said. It was actually a direct sales and product demonstration position. VERY different. I felt that they were trying to trick me into taking this job the whole time and I wasn't really getting the whole story. They were trying to sell me on a job that no one actually wanted by being dishonest about it. I wasn't about to work for a company like that. Easy interview, but not a trustworthy company. Cheap looking offices (like they'd set it up over the weekend) and sketchy credibility.
