Phone and Skype interviews. Interviews were conducted by dialing into a phone meeting. Once was left on the line for 20 - 30 mins before interviewer came late to the meeting. Whole processes should of been done in 2 weeks but had a whole week of no progress for ReliaQuest company reasons. I was pretty confident that I had the position right up until the final interview. Recruiter called the next day to inform me that they decided to pursue other candidates.
