The interview process was smooth. Had 7 rounds in total. Had an initial call with the hiring manager followed by a take home assignment. This take home assignment was based on the aileron control system of the aircraft that needs to be integrated and tested on the aircraft. Had to present this to a couple of team members before moving on to the onsite interview. The first round in the onsite interview was a repeat of the take home assignment presentation. This was followed by 4 separate interviews with open ended problems. I did not receive an offer but I really enjoyed the overall interview process. The main thing they were looking for was system level risk understanding and sub-system level interactions.
