I had 3 rounds in total. First one was telephonic round, 2nd one AMCAT test, 3rd round through skype call (2 interviewers took the round).
I would just like to highlight my experience basis which I have formed an opinion about the culture & environment of the company.
1) Please be ready to give all the world's time to HR. They are dull and incapacitated. You will have to remind them to send you test link, or give you feedback of round or any other routine work you expect from an HR.
2) After going through all the unnecessary pain, the HR will give you a warning that stop following up.
3) The interviewer asked me if i can work for 15 hrs a day everyday...? (Not something you expect from Reliance, right?)
4) I was expecting a response as my interview went well and no response came from them. I wrote to the interviewer and added him to my linkedin network to "follow-up"
He instead of ignoring the mail (if he did not want to answer it) or basically writing politely that ask the HR..
Wrote a one-liner mail to HR.
" 'Miss_________ ____' is desperate and following me on LinkedIn and official mail. Please check."
This is so demeaning for any professional whose intents are just pure and to write a followup mail to know if he/she stands a chance so that if not he can move fwd in life and try at other places because their response time is so delayed. (you cannot wait all time long right?)
I also don't understand how does writing a professional follow-up mail is comparable to "following" an individual??
This shows how illiterate the interviewer was and how regressive his thinking is.
After shooting this mail to HR, the HR instead of keeping it to herself, forwarded this mail to me, giving me a warning to not follow-up.
Candidates are always keen to join a particular company but nobody is "desperate".
I am glad something like this happened with me, before I joined, so that i got aware of the kind of employees this big firm Reliance Jio has. I am not generalising it, I happened to interact with 2-3 people and this was my experience.
Please properly interact with the people whose team you will be joining or you will get into a mess after joining.
I am adding questions too, you can see, very basic.
