Strange process. Questions were fielded from someone else and relayed to me. There seemed to be a large disconnect. After 2.5+ plus hours interviewing and taking personality/aptitude tests. All correspondence just stopped. I guess that's how they value candidates time.

Friendly screening process with the recruiter and then interview with the UX manager and then a couple more with the team.
Normal interview process but everyone was very friendly and it was a pleasure.
