Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We value these comments and look to continually improve our processes. We do follow an interviewing process called TopGrading, which does require a very structured interview format for the initial screen and there is a proven purpose to this line of questioning. We do however, always get back to any candidate that has gone through the initial phone screen process, and I apologize if we dropped the ball on our end. I would be interested in learning more about what position this was for, as our records do not show a Manager position being recruited for in July.
