Strange experience. Had a phone screen via videocall. Went very well, based on the feedback I received during the call. I was given to understand that I would be taken further through the process. The recruiter even took me through what the process would be, mentioned names of people I would be meeting etc. Apparently, I was "incredibly impressive"!
Imagine my surprise when I received impersonal automated email saying they would be proceeding with other candidates.
Strange.
Not impressed at all. Would advise against investing your time in talking to them.

Entretien
The interview process involved 4 interviews and one screening call with a recruiter. After this took place a wait of about 2 weeks and then a decision was made. Once the offer was shared, reviewed and accepted. Finally, there was a background check that took about a month.
