With this, we also are promoters of internal moves and career development internally - however it’s important to note that each internal employee follows the same process (from application to hire) as an external candidate so we make sure this is not only the right match for the role but to keep the process bias free and fair for all of those involved.
In the interim, we are always on the look out for improving our communications with candidates to make sure there is no space for misinterpretation and will iterate where needed.
