The whole process took 3 months and consisted of the following interviews: - HR round - Technical interview with the team leader (AppSec) - Solving the challenge - Interview with the team (security, developer and SRE personnel) The questions were average, but the people I meet during the interviews were nice. As a surprise, the positive feedback I received during the last interview became a "con" why I was eventually declined. After many rounds and months of interviews they said I would not be a fit for the company. I do not know how they work internally, but from my interview experience I'd avoid working for them, there are much better and mature organisations in the world.
