The first stage was a phone screening with the hiring manager. The second stage technical Zoom/ Teams interview with the hiring team. The third stage is in person after you have passed the second stage of the interview. It was a very Horrible process because the recruiter ghosted me after the first stage and never got to me by mail. We were just 7 at the time that applied for the job. Sometimes these hiring managers can be so picky about who they want. My resume was closely aligned with the Job description and I communicated with the recruiter very well on the phone. My suggestion is the hiring managers should give people a chance and stop looking for the golden goose with that internship experience.

The HR said it's going to be a long process to get enrolled in Renesas. 3 rounds of interviews were taken, 1st was a phone screening with HR, the second round was a senior FAE manager, and the third round was the director of FAE. Ask questions based on your resume, the manager and the director are nice people, they seem to care about their stuff and explain clearly about the position.
