For a Rust SWE role. In the initial interview, the HR person asked a lot of niche Rust syntax questions, but they had no clue what the answer was and were clueless/unable to discuss the questions or clarify. They were apparently recording it to show to the hiring manager. This interview was over 5 months from when I had applied (I had heard nothing until they randomly asked for an interview). Crazy way to do interviews. Would not recommend.

Entretien
Discussed my motivation and work history, discussed various work I could do for them. Seemed to be a good fit, but they declined a few days later with no reasons. I asked for feedback and they refused. Not a good experience investing time and not getting any feedback at all as to why they didn't end to proceed as it was clear I could help them. Wouldn't recommend.
