Contacted through external recruiter, phone interview with CPIR Vice-President, Human Resources, in-person interview. (Note: Noticed an ominous silence when I entered the office that I ignored but learned later that it was a sign of unhappy employees working in fear of losing their jobs.)

Asked about previous experience, if I had worked with public companies or consulting before. Very friendly but didn't hear a lot about what the position entailed. The interview last roughly 35 minutes.
