It was over video conferencing since the position was in Toronto but the head office in in Vancouver. The interview consisted of 2-3 calls with the executives and currently team lead

The interview started with a leasing agent and then the owner of the company Erika Weimer took over. The questions were pretty easy and standard. Just make sure you have your questions ready too.
