I recently went through Reonic’s hiring process, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I fully committed my time and effort to completing their code challenge, However, despite meeting the stated requirements, I was not given the opportunity to present my work—something that was clearly mentioned in their hiring process. This raises serious concerns about how they evaluate candidates and respect the time applicants invest. A hiring process should be fair, transparent, and respectful of candidates' efforts. Unfortunately, Reonic seems to have little regard for the time and dedication of applicants. If a company expects candidates to complete assignments, the least they can do is honor their own process and allow them to present their work. I hope Reonic reconsiders how they handle hiring in the future. Otherwise, they risk alienating skilled candidates and further damaging their reputation. Would not recommend.
