Technical Interview: I recently had a technical interview with a person from Arlanis Reply, and the experience was quite pleasant. The interviewer was friendly, and the interaction felt organic and engaging. I enjoyed this part of the process. HR Interview: However, the second round, which was the HR interview with a representative from Reply, was a stark contrast. It felt more like an interrogation, and the HR person failed to follow basic etiquette to make the candidate feel safe and relaxed. Overall Impression: This experience raised significant red flags about the company culture and how employees might be treated. I believe that such interactions reflect poorly on the company’s values and work environment. In the end, I am not disappointed that I did not receive an offer. Instead, I am relieved to have avoided a potentially problematic situation.
