Initially a phone interview, they made questions about my CV, and also some questions to check the English level. Next there was an on-line exam, which consisted of an psychometric part, and a personality part. After the on-line exam there was a meeting in the headquarters in Madrid, where I had to solve a case study with seven other candidates. Just after the team work part, there was a personal interview with a recruiter.
