The interview process was straightforward and included three stages. It began with an initial screening conversation, followed by a second interview with the branch manager. If selected to move forward, the final round was conducted with the Regional Vice President for that branch.

Phone interview with a recruiter then an in person interview with the branch manager. The questions were around my previous experience, former management styles and learning more about me to see if I was a good fit for the role.
