Sat down with manager and answered some simple questions. Went through my background and why I want to work there. Went through their processes and if I’d be interested in it. Met with the workers at the branch.

Entretien
I had my interview with the Branch Manager and the Regional Manager (RM). The interview was straight forward. RM asked me a few questions about my background. Along with asking if I was comfortable with sales. I never did sales before, but I wish they would have given me a chance to prove myself. Sadly, I was not selected.

Entretien
Went through a normal interview asked questions about business itself, how to sale, if I’m willing to learn. Overall very easy interview. After interviewing with recruiter then interviewed with branch manager and RVP who then select you if wanted.
