You get a call from a recruiter to schedule the on-site interview. You interview on-site with 2-3 managers. They ask you typical interview questions and tell you about the position/work environment. They walk you out and tell you wait for a call. I got a call back the next day offering the position.

Entretien
I applied online through the company website. It took roughly two weeks and then I received a call for a phone interview and then set up a time for an in-person interview a week later. After the in-person interview, it took one week for them to offer me the job. During the interview, I was with a few managers who used the STAR method to conduct the interview. The interview was very welcoming and not intimidating. They wanted to know my experience and the challenges that I had been presented with in my past work experience.
