I was interviewed for two separate Scientist postions, to work on separate R&D projects. I didn't reach the second round stage, for different reasons. First interviews were online, quite brief (30 mins), and were a good intro into the project and gave me a chance to introduce myself. Interviewers were somewhat cool but open and friendly enough and explained their requirements well. No real complaints from me.
