They will give you a 3hr long paper on first day base on IQ,Core java, Struts framework, and your communication skills. The next was a interview with management level where they discuss technical things as well as your personnel goals and they tend to understand your personality. Next is a HR interview.

Had to face one interview. Interview panel consisted of 3 people Project Manager, Technical Lead and HR manager. Questions were based on the technologies they use in the company. I submitted my CV when they came to our career day at university.

First, they have Exam then have Two interviews. One is the technical interview and another one is HR interview.
In the technical interview, two persons will interview. Interview process around 2-3 weeks.
