It was a 3 part interview process which consisted of a phone interview, followed by in person interview with director of sales followed by GM. In person interview was held in lobby of the hotel, informal setting but formal question/answer interview. GM interview was a bit odd. She asked a lot of irrelevant questions and ask whether or not I watched TedTalks.
