Got pre-screened by HR over the phone. Called back a few days later for interview. Met with Collections Manager. Got asked questions about my experience and was also asked to answer scenario questions. I was probably there for about 50 minutes. I did forget to arrive early to allow time to fill out the paperwork, so I did that after we were done.
