Had a one-on-one Zoom interview after doing a video recorded interview via HireVue several days earlier. Was notified within 36 hours I wasn't moving on to the next stage. (Why I gave it a positive experience - didn't have to wait) The position was new to the company and don't think the interviewer knew what they company wanted.
