Informal initial meeting with Divisional and Operations Director. More of a chat about what I wanted out of joining them. My interview for the last job I had in recruitment, which I was in for 1.5 years, was an intense grilling which felt quite pressured with them wanting me to accept the offer before I left the office. I prepared for the same assuming it was industry standard and it was very refreshing to have the focus of the interview on what I wanted from them and what they could offer me.
