Had an interview recently. Very good experience with the interviewer. It was someone from the Scientific Operations Team (not HR). Some great questions. Unfortunately, didn't make it to the next rounds.

Process included an initial recruiter screening followed by two hiring rounds. The entire process took approximately two to three weeks, and the company does provide sponsorship opportunities for OPT students.

After a strong, engaging interview with both the hiring manager and a senior scientist, I was unexpectedly ghosted—no follow-up, update, or even a formal rejection. Disappointing, especially since they came across as thoughtful, professional, and genuinely lovely people.

Had a screen with the recruiter first. Followed by an online video interview with the hiring manager. The requested an online presentation for the next round followed by an in-person one. Overall both were a normal process, however I was ghosted after speaking with the manager.
