Four stages which consisted of Online Testing, Scenario, Virtual Interview and a Final Interview. I want to be absolutely clear that I did not apply for his role as o was headhunted via LinkedIn however upon assessing the company for myself; it is more of a sales based company which is one of the sectors I do not enjoy working in so therefore I did not put in that much effort into it. The recruiter was pleasant but the direct potential colleagues I would be working with was more or less remote and did not seem to be someone I could learn anything new from so needless to state; I was glad I was not selected.
