Applied online and heard back quickly. Did a behavioral interview with the VP of engineering and then a technical screen with the CTO (very small company). Was surprised to hear I was no longer being considered for the job.

Entretien
30 min HR screen, 1 hour coffee with VP of Engineering, discussion of skills and experience with CTO, followed finally by an onsite interview. The people I spoke were all excited about the work they were working on, professional, and friendly.
