I was contacted for a brief phone interview, and was than was asked for a portfolio of recent work. After providing what I had, I was given a sample project, completed it, and submitted it later that day.The following day I was contacted for an in-person interview. During the in-person interview, I was interviewed by the two department managers, and a peer-interview with everyone I'd be working with in that department. The following week I was offered the job.
