Get a scenario, and you need to ask questions to find out more info. They try to help you throughout the interview. The next stage would be a behavioural interview.

Entretien
Initial cv screening then invitation to multi stage assessments. The assessments include a cognitive aptitude test which involved 50 question in 25 minutes. The tests were CCAT and the personality test (situational judgement test)
