      Entretien

Interview experience for Data Analyst / Data Analyst Engineer I applied directly through the careers page without a referral or recruiter outreach. About a week and a half after applying, I received an invitation to complete an online assessment. After passing it, I had an introductory call with an internal HR recruiter. The conversation was well organized, covering the company, the role, the hiring process, and what to expect from each stage. The first technical interview was a live SQL coding session with four practical tasks. The questions were focused on real-world scenarios rather than tricky algorithms. It was important not only to write correct SQL but also to explain the reasoning behind the solution and discuss trade-offs. Feedback was impressively fast—I interviewed in the afternoon and received the result by the next day. The second technical round focused on Data Analyst skills and consisted of five practical business-oriented tasks. Again, the feedback arrived the same day. The next stage was a conversation with the hiring manager, which also served as a “meet the team” session. The discussion went well, but the following day I was informed that the position had already been filled. Instead of ending the process, the team offered to consider me for a different role. I had originally applied for a Product Data Analyst position, and they suggested interviewing for a Data Analyst Engineer position instead. The additional interview focused on Python live-coding and data Engineering concepts. The interviewer was very friendly and professional, and we had an enjoyable technical discussion. Shortly after that, I received an offer. I would especially like to highlight the recruiter. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. I always knew what to expect at each stage, received all the necessary preparation materials in advance, and every question I had was answered promptly. The entire interview process was well organized, transparent, and respectful of my time. Overall, it was one of the smoothest and most professional interview experiences I’ve had.
