J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Revolut (Londres, Angleterre) en déc. 2020
Entretien
Structure: 1st stage - Screening w/ Head of Credit, 2nd stage - Deep Dive w/ Head of Credit, 3rd stage - Quality check on Sales Skills plus Metrics w/ Head of TA, 4th stage - Problem Solving Skills w/ Product Manager.
Speed: start to finish, less than 1 week
Comms: fairly transactional, still right on par in terms of providing every piece of relevant info, feedback provided following every stage
Based on reviews, thought twice about taking on the first meeting. By the end, turned out to be a fairly nice experience.

Had a first intro call with a recruiter after being approached by a sourcer. Very interesting first convo, promising future for the company. Exciting times to join but you need to be flexible with work locations

The first round is an informal chat with a recruiter; this will be on your experience, background, and your motivations. It was more of a conversation than a grilling!
